Bulk Import Genealogy Members

The CSV will first be parsed and previewed in your browser. It will not be added to the database immediately after you select a file. After you confirm everything is correct, the members will be written to the existing family relationship data in one batch.

Member IDs must be uniqueFor example, 001 or 002. They are used only to identify members within this spreadsheet.

Enter SELF for the linked personFor the first relative, you can enter “Linked Member ID = SELF”.

Relationships are entered based on the linked personFor example: linked to SELF, relationship “Father”; linked to 001, relationship “Daughter”.

You can import up to 300 relatives at a time. Name, member ID, linked member ID, and relationship to the linked member are required fields.
